About me
Hi, I’m Madeline, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) based in Chicago, IL. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and completed my dietetic internship at the Hines VA Hospital, where I spent five years providing nutrition education and counseling to patients with a wide range of chronic diseases. That clinical background shaped how I practice today: I look at the whole picture, including how your relationship with food affects the way you eat, move, and feel. As an endurance athlete myself, I know firsthand how powerful it is to feel nourished and strong in your body.
My work is about helping you build a nourishing, peaceful relationship with food, without restriction. I support people with fueling and energy, digestive concerns, recovery, and everyday eating, and I bring an eating disorder-informed lens to all of my care. That means this is a space free from diet culture, weight-centered thinking, and one-size-fits-all rules.
Whether you’re training for a race, getting back to movement after a difficult season, or simply trying to feel better in your everyday life, I’m here to help you find an approach that’s sustainable, compassionate, and built around you.
